Effective comradeship and governance of altering process

The smiles of the children show acceptance and respect of the incoming school head who is considered the bigwig at heart paving the way with great pride and success to everyone for the students' sake.
“Everyone in this learning institution agrees that policy reform is of the utmost necessity, and that effective comradeship, as well as governance of the altering process is the correct antidote to excruciatingly slow and often inconclusive determination of the policy results,” said the fatherly and compassionate school head of a public school.

With the rise in enthusiasm and struggle about the academic freedom, good governance comes with proliferation of kaleidoscopic scenario from different personalities and from all walks of life, including the teaching populace with unity, peace and mutual respect --tackling the same about the themes in indefatigable day-to-day activities.

Life gives out the eminent passion and freedom. It rationalizes the potentialities of one’s actuation and approval to steer and do something prolific for the sake of the student-and-teacher populace and to affirm the indispensability of human aspirations and dreams. The aspirations, according to the public school head, his vision and mission are the priority and prima facie counter example to any hypothesis, perception or manipulation.

The teaching performance with the so-called targeted Mean Percentage Score is a big thing to stamp on: what happens, when it happens, how it happens and when it initiates unfathomably. It’s up to the teacher to excogitate in order for him to take cognizance of the inevitable events.

The school head should be firm in his decisions. He must do something great for the improvement of a learning institution that he steers or he wields over.  The designation serves as the evidence to prove his worth to his subordinates that he is very serious in resolving conflicts and problems in school. The new strategies will apply from time to time to run smoothly with great pace and success.

His first school assignment is a challenge for him, thus wielding over as the school administrator of an established public school, no matter what it costs. He will expect that many teachers raise their eyebrows upon entering their school without proper introduction and installation of designated position.  That’s not his major concern. His concern is to get the highest MPS with at least 75%. Can he do it? Can he survive to get the target, even though students are not responsive to the challenge? They should be studious about their assigned tasks. When asked on what he could say about the teachers and the school, he answered “It’s ok, no comment.” When asked about the students, he also replied with no hesitation, “good!” Then he added, “The students are good, but sometimes they are noisy.”

Lastly, the students and teachers asked him also about his plans for this school year, and his number one goal is to increase the Mean Percentage Score of National Achievement Test and Division Achievement Test to 100%.” His other plans involve the acquisition of new school buildings and renovation of chairs, including the principal’s office. The attitudes of students get slowly changed to desirable traits and get rapidly reformed to make them successful in their studies and to be on top always.

After this short interview, everybody has realized that the principal is approachable and very dynamic. He may be diminutive, but his plans for the school, staff and students are big, thus making the learning institution lucky to have him.
