Desire is the key to motivation and motivation begets recognition which is the greatest motivator of all

"The future belongs to those who strive hard academically, those who succeed by receiving the awards, and those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." So as you step out to meet the world each year with your mind prepared and your skills and achievements tuned, I urge you to set your academic direction with a positive attitude and strong spirit."

Let us celebrate the days of recognition and success and always prepare for the challenges that meet each of us as we venture throughout life. Although we may consciously make the most positive decisions in day-to-day struggles, you and I still know that there will always be hard times and days ahead of us. It is during the times of success that people will know our name, and it is during the hard days of trouble that people will know our intensity of positive trait or negative trait.

To our students, both in public and private schools, all of you are now the recipients of this school year with various academic awards and you are equipped with a caliber of intelligence to take center stage among others and take on the world of recognition and achievements. Your life is now your destiny and destiny will preordain you to do things that are expedient and righteous for the common good. A prestigious school will not impose deadlines but give constant learning struggles to achieve so that everyone will carry out the challenged tasks and will be responsive to them by hook or by crook. Whether we like it or not, your life is yours to create and my life is the gateway to nation-building. We have simply built a strong foundation for the future you must independently design and build.

I leave to you a very challenging message, a very famous quotation: "Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character, it becomes your destiny."
