E – stands for the evolution of quality management that illustrates the fruition of a body of knowledge over the life cycle.

In this dispensation of times, the quality of management is a must so that the entire organization will pan out. Likewise, the development of one’s savvy over the life cycle points out the intensity of progress and sets forth glad tidings to all the people.

Quality management is very important in a business or any learning institution. See to it that everything is in order. The subordinates or the teaching and non-teaching personnel will be protected always by the manager with his balanced judgment, and unbiased dealings.The measurement of success lies in the outcome of the working status between the manager and the subordinates.


R – stands for the restored dramatic alterations in the nature of employment and its organization that further place the emphasis on the need for employees to address complex and ill-structured problems and to churn out useful savvy in the workplace.

Whatever trends of technology today, the people must abide by the rules and newly-introduced company-chic for the amelioration of everyone. Changes in the nature of work ought to be adapted in order to suit the needs of the majority. The management must find solutions to the problems that are being raised by the aggrieved party to churn out with effective organization.

The welfare of the subordinates is given "utmost importance." The management tries to reach out and have cognizance about the plights and concerns of each employee.


M – stands for mending a broken heart that instills in one’s personality and sets in emotional realm with a million of times in one’s dream and irreversibly implies the resolved exasperation in life.

It’s normal for a person to experience disappointments in life, but the determination and perseverance to carry out the desired goals will go on despite the stumbling blocks. A person must find ways and means to mend a broken heart, move on … and patch up the differences, so that another hope and inspiration will crop up.

It's inevitable to experience disappointment in life, but an administrator will attempt to patch up the differences and lighten the burden of ill-feelings through encouragement, praise and hope.


E  – stands for elevation of name despite trials and persecutions along with the drawbacks imposed upon by the selected few individuals.

If you are honest and assertive to yourself, no matter what it costs, the truth shall prevail. There are people out there who can put you down and find fault with you, but the truth sets you free and your name is always untarnished in the end. You stand out and be proud of yourself that … through your persistent efforts, you can still pan out in spite of the stumbling blocks that come to pass.

As long as you practice honesty and integrity, nobody can pull you down even though  some people may fabricate a story against you. In the end, the truth will set you free.

T– stands for testing the veracity of one's personality gives weight on who you are and what you are.

Time will come that no one can question you. To test your individuality is a sign of ambiguity towards you, for the reason that your personality is being questioned without dredging up the inner self. 

We can't avoid this, it's part of the game. Isn't it? One thing to make you proud of ... is your integrity and professionalism in dealing with significant matters that concern business and educational profile.

E stands for emerging the hidden truth , as well as disclosing it is the ultimate weapon to clear you up from your tarnished ego against the others.

As the saying goes "The truth will set you free." You stand by and stick to what you believe in. If you think you are right, say it with principle and share your notions with others. If the majority of them, especially those who are around you, are not in favor of the motion presented by the proponent. You take into account your stand of the issue and respect the volition of the majority.

S stands for seriousness of the job and any undertaking for the accomplishment and success of the organization.

If you are assigned to any particular task to be accomplished for the week, make sure that you can get the target within the time frame. Being serious to the job and trying to carry it out with good planning, the burden of the job will be lessened and you feel relieved about it.

He has years of professional and academic teaching experience, ranging from jobs as high school teacher, college instructor, adviser, facilitator and speaker with seminars spearheaded by Department of Education and Commission on Higher Education to his latest positions as Head of the English Department of Minglanilla National Science High School and District English Coordinator  of the Municipality of Minglanilla, Division of Cebu-Province.
